Simply by living in our all inclusive Lancaster student accommodation you will enjoy up to 100Mbps Wi-Fi, a fully equipped on-site gym, reflection room, a games zone, a cinema room to watch the latest blockbusters and large study areas for no extra cost. Plus with no deposit to pay, there is nothing to think about!
You can book your own room or book as a group of up to 7 - either way, you will only be responsible for your own tenancy agreement and with all bills included, it couldn’t be easier.

The Bailrigg gym is designed to ensure you stay fit, healthy and strong no matter what your goals are. Plus it is open 24/7 so you can get your workout in when it is convenient for you - without even leaving home.
Games Zone
Socialising is very important for our residents so our Games Zone is the perfect place to meet your friends and let off steam after a full day of lectures. Games tournaments are our favourite so watch out for some healthy competition (and occasional rewards!)
Study Space
Our Study Space is light and bright, which is very important for productivity. Importantly, it is also flexible for personal study or group sessions. With our super-fast WiFi, you will get that assignment handed in on time, no problem!
Lounge
The cosy lounge at Bailrigg is the perfect place to meet with your friends, play a board game, snuggle up with a book or watch TV. Our social spaces are open 24/7 so are available whenever you want company.
Cinema Room
Whether you want to watch the latest football match, a boxset or catch up on a movie, the Cinema Room is for you. We will put on movie nights - and might even throw in some popcorn or book it out and enjoy your very own private viewing.
Reflection Room
If you need to get away from it all for a while, our Reflection Room can be used for yoga, meditation or prayer. It has lots of natural daylight yet is calming and serene whether you want to be on your own or with a small group of friends.
