If you choose to cancel your booking with Bailrigg Student Living, you have 14 days from the date that the contract is signed by yourself as the resident, your guarantor (if you have one) and Bailrigg Student Living to get a full refund of your booking fee.
Cancellations after you have moved into the accommodation

You will find a suitable replacement to takeover a new contract for your room for the remaining period of your contract, who must be enrolled as a full-time university student and to be over 18 years old.
